About
I’ve spent 15+ years building software and leading engineers in environments where mistakes are expensive and expectations are high.
I’ve worked as an engineering leader at Amazon, Atlassian, Canva and Yandex, led distributed teams across time zones, hired and developed engineers and managers, and scaled systems and people through rapid growth.
Today, I help engineering managers grow into strong, trusted leaders. My focus is practical people leadership: setting clear expectations, giving effective feedback, managing performance, and building teams that consistently deliver.
I work with managers who are technically strong but feel the pressure of leadership - the ambiguity, the people problems, the constant trade-offs. Together, we turn that pressure into clarity, confidence, and results.
My approach is grounded in real experience, not management theory. Everything I teach has been tested in production teams, under real constraints, with real consequences.
